The School was established in the year 1977 as Assam Rifles Junior School. In due course the school got affiliated to CBSE and was upgraded as Assam Rifles Public School, Jorhat. The medium of instruction being English, the school has preprimary section from Nursery to UKG and Classes I-XII. The primary classes have well equipped playrooms, music room, computer labs, sports room, competent and trained staff of teachers to guide them. In the classes XI and XII, the school offers Humanities, Commerce and Science streams. There is an efficient, qualified and dedicated team of teachers to cater to the educational and emotional needs of growing children in the secondary and senior secondary classes.
